Reminders for ICOM NATHIST Board Election
We will conduct the Board Election for the term 2025-2028 via the online platform Xoyondo from Sunday, 9 November, 14:00 (GMT+4) to Friday, 14 November, 14:00 (GMT+4). The platform is available throughout the above duration. Please reserve time for your voting. For details concerning the candidates, please find the candidate list attached.

Please note that this is not the same link as the election voting. The voting link will be distributed via email by 9 November, 14:00 (GMT+4).
Please ensure the following things before the election:
- You can receive notifications from the NATHIST secretary via email without obstacles.
- To be an eligible voter, you must have an active membership for 2025 with NATHIST as your primary International Committee. If you only list NATHIST as an IC of interest, this does not make you an eligible voter for the NATHIST Board election.
- If you’ve already paid for your membership this year but the online membership database shows otherwise (for example, “0-No membership” or “2-Awaiting Payment”), please email the Secretary with the proof of your payment or the proof from your National Committee that you own an active membership for this year.
- The Board will be verifying the eligibility of the voters. Any voter who does not qualify as an active member of ICOM NATHIST for 2025 will not be considered.
